Julius Sekitende founded Concept Knights in 2016, prior to completing his formal architectural qualification, and has spent the years since building it into a consultancy defined by range, discipline, and design integrity.
The decision to begin early reflected an enduring conviction that the work itself mattered more than the sequence traditionally expected to precede it. Formal qualification followed in 2018, reinforcing a discipline already shaping the practice.

A registered and practicing architect accredited by the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and the Uganda Society of Architects (USA), Julius combines formal professional standing with the practical discipline required to deliver serious work.

Under his direction, Concept Knights has grown across five sectors: private residences, hospitality, institutional, commercial offices, and apartment developments, with commissions ranging from closely personal homes to larger commercial and institutional projects.

His work is guided by the belief that architecture should be experientially compelling, commercially intelligent, and executed with rigour from concept through handover. This position has shaped how Concept Knights is structured, the projects it accepts, and the standards it maintains.
